In the safety project, members learn good safety habits and practices for use at home, school and work.
Focus:
- Safety is an important part of all 4-H projects
- Learn good safety habits and practices at home, school, and work
What members can do:
- Take surveys around the home and community
- Practice safety drills
- Develop safety check forms for the community
- Visit industrial plants and talk with safety engineer
- Plan and give safety demonstrations in public areas
