In the health project, members learn preventative health practices and how nutrition, fitness, and stress are all interrelated.


Focus:

  • To Learn Who We Are And How We Live
  • To Learn Nutrition, Fitness, and Stress Reduction
  • To Learn about reducing health risks
  • To become smart health consumers

What members can do:

  • Learn to recognize minor symptoms of illness
  • Develop skills in administering emergency care
  • Become certified in First Aid and CPR
  • Visit a health department or general hospital and learn about services provided
  • Check home and provide safe story of medicines, household cleaning products, and pesticides
  • Keep a personal record of activities to improve health
