YFP is a 4-H website created by youth to promote rural tourism and youth technology projects. YFP allows youth from anywhere in the nation the opportunity to showcase their favorite place on the worldwide web and to practice their technological skills. Youth use GPS and GIS to identify or locate their favorite place, then they take a digital photo, write a concise description of the favorite place, and finally upload all the information to the YFP website.

To learn more about YFP, log onto http://www.youthfavoriteplaces.org/

Explore the interactive map to see favorite places in Oklahoma or any participating state. Then your 4-H members can add their favorite place.
FORE!!!!!  Be on the lookout for more news about the 2005 4-H Clover Classic Golf Tournament. We’ll keep reminding you of details as they come together, but for now you can write October 10 on your calendar and plan to join us. A copy of the tournament announcement and details should be up on the front page of the State 4-H Web Site any day now. If you have any questions after taking a look at the brochure, please give us a call.
