91st State 4-H Roundup
July 25- 27, 2012

Below are the forms and information needed to register your delegates for the 2012 State 4-H Roundup,

Each county must return one registration form for every youth and adult attending Roundup. Included with these forms must be the fee transmittal form and only ONE check per county. Additional delegates will not be accepted.

The deadline for registration is 5:00 p.m. June 22 in Ag Conferences.

Because of delayed campus mail delivery, registration that is mailed must be postmarked by June 18. Counties whose registration fails to meet this deadline may not be accepted. If it is accepted, they will be assessed an additional $10 fee per delegate.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on July 6, 2012 (no shows on the first day of Roundup will NOT receive a refund!). If you make substitutions, they may be made boys for boys and girls for girls ONLY. This policy applies for adults as well. If you have a cancellation, call Ag Conferences X6489 by July 6. Refunds generally take from 4-6 weeks after Roundup.

We look forward to seeing at Roundup. If you have questions or need additional assistance, please contact the State 4-H Office.
