Who?  Pre-K through 8th grade teachers

What?  “On the Road with Ag in the Classroom” focuses on the diversity of Oklahoma agriculture. We will depart from Oklahoma City for three fun-filled days of authentic professional development.

Where?  On the Road is a windshield view of agriculture in north central Oklahoma. It includes hands-on links with Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom lessons, activities and resources that can be integrated in all subject areas.

Some of the places we will visit:

Day 1 - Cimarron Valley Research - Perkins; Head Country BBQ, Blubaugh's Angus Ranch - Ponca City

Day 2 - Marland Mansion, Pioneer Woman, Silver Top Farms - Ponca City; Tall Grass Prairie, Hughes Ranch - Bartlesville

Day 3 - Selman Farms and Gander Way Winery - Skiatook; Oklahoma Botanical Gardens - Stillwater

How much?  $50 participation fee.
