Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom Edible Aquarium jelly beans powdered blueberry gelatin mix gummy fish fruit cocktail parsley sprigs (optional) clear plastic cups or new goldfish bowl ice cubes cold water Make blueberry gelatin by adding water with ice cubes to the powdered mix. Stir until thickened Add the gummy fish and fruit cocktail. Place jelly beans in the bottom of the goldfish bowl or cups to look like gravel. Pour the gelatin mixture over a knive to keep from disturbing the gravel in the cups or goldfish bowl. If desired, place parsley into the gravel to represent aquatic plants.
